Social Media and the Internet has demonstrated to be in constant development, where the main thing is “Innovation”, keeping everything on top or trendy. In this context, customers are increasingly demanding to have more and the BEST possible. But who knows what it is that they want? Or what do they need?
Hospitality departments are here to create high-quality experiences, to respond to their needs and desires. But there is more to this than simply booking rooms and planning meals and entertainment.
